The company started is activity in 1955 as a partnership of Tnuva and Hamashbir Hamerkazi. Later, Livnat Group, Gaon Holdings (a public company traded in Tel Aviv) and the Martziparo family purchased shares in the company and became a partnership in the company. The company leads the field of peanuts, dates and almonds in Israel and overseas, and exports about 65% of the produce that it markets.
The company has a many years of close ties with leading customers in the world: Marketing chains – Migros, Co-Op and others, leading roasting houses in Europe and marketers of dried fruit, which have been purchasing the company's best products for many years. The company has four manufacturing plants in Israel: in Be'er Sheva, Tel Arad, Ram On and in Yafit. The company's sorting, packing and peeling facilities are among the most sophisticated in their field. All production lines have electro-optic equipment installed, and the company invests in first class high quality equipment and the highest standards of quality control to maintain its lead in these sectors.
Most growers have been working with us for many years, some since the company was established in 1995 to the present. We consider growers to be strategic partners and the most important link in the value chain.

Our Plants
The Peanut Plant
We receive about 14,000 tons of unshelled peanuts in our plant in Be'er Sheva each year.
The peanuts are received from early September to mid-October. During this period, the company receives all peanuts, which it will sell during the period until the end of the following August.
We export premium unshelled peanuts, primarily to Western European countries, and are a very dominant player in the global unshelled peanuts market. All of our peanuts are grown in the sandy soil of the western Negev Desert, and the quality of these standards are world-renowned.
Date Packing House
The company has a packing house for dates with advanced sorting machines and high quality, experienced personnel. We work according to strict standards and maintain the highest level of quality control throughout the sorting and packing process.
All of the company's products have Badatz kashrut certification. Most produce is exported to markets around the world and some is sold in the domestic market.
We work with a number of date types, particularly the medjool variety.
Almond Plant
Each season we receive about 5,000 tons of almonds from almond growers in northern and southern Israel. Almonds from northern Israel arrive at the plant in Ram-On, and those from the south are delivered to the plant in Tel Arad.
Our plants operate to the highest standards, with advanced sorting machines and careful quality control. We have been working for many years with the same growers and know how to adapt the product to customer needs.
